What are the additional costs if any?

Hawai’i’s Transient Accommodation Tax is 8 1/4% and the General Excise Tax is 4 1/6%. There’s also a non-refundable $150 cleaning deposit and a $500 security deposit which we’ll refund 2 weeks after checkout provided there’s been no loss or damage to the condo.

What’s in the condo?

A full-size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, utensils, dishes, cookware, silverware etc. There’s also a compact washer and dryer, linens and beach towels.

Do I need to clean the condo before we check out?

No. Simply start the dishwasher and take out the trash.
